How can my franchise be validated?
There are 3 major conditions that a franchise must meet, according to the UAE Federal Ministry of Economy.
• The franchisee must be a UAE national or an entity that is wholly owned by UAE nationals
• The franchise agreement must grant exclusivity over all or a part of the UAE
• The franchise agreement must be notarized
